1. What is the cut-off time to order food?

One day in advance and/or 9am the same day.

One day in advance and/or 5pm the same day.

2. When will the food be delivered?

Between 12.30pm and 1.30pm.

Between 7.15pm and 8.15pm.

3. Can I choose my preferred dates for the 3 Day/7 Day/30 Day Plan?

Yes, you can choose your preferred dates for 3 day and 7 day plan.
For 30 days plan, you can choose the starting date and 30 days from the selected date will be the plan duration.

4. Can I reschedule my dates after placing an order?

Yes, re-scheduling can be done for 2 times per order 24 hours in advance by writing a mail to support@lunchin.in.

5. Can I select Lunch & Dinner in a single 7 Day/30 Day Plan?

No. Separate orders have to be placed for each.

6. Does the menu change every week?

Yes. The first two weeks of the month have a different menu and the next two weeks of the month are the repetition of the first two weeks.

7. Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. In order to cancel a subscription, a mail has to be sent to support@lunchin.in. requesting for a cancellation.
An amount of ₹150/meal plus delivery charges of ₹30/- along with a cancellation fee of 2% for finance charges will be deducted for the meals consumed and the balance payable will be refunded to the same account within 7-10 working days.
